• All interested parties can purchase from our online store, regardless of whether they are registered members or not.
• The items sold are thoroughly checked and certified for their authenticity and condition by our company.
• Some of the products in the online store are for sale by depositors and may not be available even if they are shown as available.
• In case the buyer is not satisfied, he can return the item within 3 days from the date of receipt.
  The refund will be made after checking the item by us.
  We do not accept returns of banknotes, letters and stationery in general by post (unless there is a telephone or other consultation before the purchase), because it is possible that damage may occur during shipping.
  In case the buyer wants to return any of the above, he must inform us by phone immediately after receipt and present it to the store within 15 days.
• Lots, coin packs, etc. are non-refundable as well as items left out of the store.
• Shipping costs are borne by the buyer in any case.
• Items are not held back and items purchased online with “store pickup” become available again after three days.
• All items must be shipped by registered mail or cash on delivery and for amounts over 200 euros there is shipping insurance. (For overseas where supported)
• Payments are made via cash on delivery (only for Greece or where supported), bank deposit and via PAYPAL.
• It is not possible to pay by credit or debit card online
• Shipping costs for ELTA are set at 6 euros for Greece, 12 euros for Europe and 18 euros for the rest of the countries.
• Additional charge of 2 euros in case of cash on delivery.
• For shipping by courier, they are set at 9 euros for Greece. For these prices, the condition is that the total weight of the items does not exceed 100 grams. In any other case, prior consultation must be made.
• Only registered members will have the privilege of being notified immediately of new pickups-offers, participating in our auctions and benefiting from discounts to be announced.
• Registered members during their registration process are simultaneously registered on both sillektiki.com and eshop.sillektiki.com
• The Athens Collection reserves the right to post, publish, use in any way, the photos of all objects that have been appraised, sold, bought, auctioned through it, without any time or other limitation.
• Buyers agree to the above terms.
